Photo and document index — a LAMP primer-design demonstration

How to use these notes

A filename alone often does not explain context. A short index can connect documents with an activity while keeping personal information in appropriate storage.

Procedure

1. Use a consistent naming pattern: date, short topic and sequence number.
2. Record the file owner, reason for keeping it and who may open it.
3. Separate shareable copies from originals. Check permission before including photographs of other people.

Worked example

To share activity notes, create a copy without reservation numbers or personal data. An index can identify a file location without publishing its contents.
