Operation under the primer design
1. Click on [Browse] button.
Choose and upload the target sequence file.
Following formats can be used.

(1) Plain text format (sequence only)
(2) FASTA format
(3) GenBank format
2. Choose the corresponding parameter set.
3 Click on the [Primer Design] button
Operation under the loop primer design
1. Click on the [Browse] button.
Choose the Primer Information File.
2. Click on the [Primer Design] button.

Parameter Set (not applicable to the loop primer design.)

Java Runtime Environment(JRE) 1.4.2_07 is needed for using PrimerExplorer.
